EN - KAPOOR 02
Limited edition fine art print — only 15 prints available
Color as architecture.
Repetition as expansion.
Surface as vibration.
Kapoor 02 explores density through chromatic rhythm. Vertical forms emerge and dissolve within a symmetrical structure, generating a visual field that feels simultaneously organic and artificial.
There is no landscape.
No identifiable object.
Only saturated presence.
A structure built through repetition
The composition unfolds through mirrored expansion. Each elongated form presses against the next, creating a pulsating surface where rhythm replaces stability.
The image appears to breathe through accumulation.
Color as material force
Chromatic contrast becomes the primary structure of the work. Warm and cool tones collide across the surface, transforming color into tension rather than decoration.
Orange ignites.
Blue resists.
Pink fractures the surface.
Light no longer describes form.
It becomes matter itself.
Between abstraction and materiality
The photograph operates at the threshold between image and substance. What initially appears fluid gradually reveals architectural rigidity beneath the chromatic vibration.
Softness becomes structure.
Repetition becomes pressure.
Surface becomes energy.
Chromatic density as spatial force
Part of the Abstract / Visual Research series, Kapoor 02 investigates how repetition and saturation can generate spatial intensity through color alone.
As in Modern Forest, repetition creates expansion and tension — but here steel and darkness are replaced by pigment, heat and vibration.
The image does not depict a space.
It generates one.
